To start with the service wasn't great, but then we were able to get Tracy Pitt selling the property for us and things went much more smoothly, she was really friendly and helpful..

Good service but check if you need a new EPC before paying for a new one
It was okay, except we were told to get a new EPC, the man doing the inspection said it wasn't needed as our existing one lastsed till 2030. So felt this was an unnecessary cost.
