We are sorry to learn you were unhappy with the service you received.
We have reviewed your file and can see that there were some major issue which came to light preventing us from completing on the purchase.
Had we known at the outset that you previously tried to sell the property and that it was on the market for 5 years with no interest, then we would have been able to provide you an offer more reflective of the situation when you initially contacted us. As we explained at the time, the combination of the property in question having an astronomical service charge of £6,000 p.a. and the fact you had no interest at all after 5 years on the market (which we were not informed of at the start of the process), meant that we were not able to go through with the purchase.
We would like to clarify that we would have been the purchaser and not a middle man, we were not looking to find a buyer in the interim. When we explained this to you a few months ago, we seemed to part on amicable terms, so we are not sure what has changed since.
We do apologise that you didn’t receive the outcome that you had hoped for and we wish you the best of luck selling your property in the future.
