Scam - had to pay 7% to make a contribution to someone's honeymoon. May as well have given cash.

Hi, I didn't see any option to remove this through the checkout process and assumed it was obligatory. If you could refund the fee I would really appreciate it.

Delivery unacceptably slow
I am very disappointed , on behalf of the bride, that she has to wait until mis September for her gifts.
This is unacceptable. If I had known about this I would have bought the gift elsewhere.
