Yes I am pleased with the service given however responses to email queries should be quicker when replying to one of the Right to Own directors. Response to priority call outs is good overall. B

Your feedback is appreciated, I am pleased to inform you we today negotiated a 10% decrease on the renewal terms from the lift engineers. A new parking enforcement company has recently started and the cleaners/bin services have been replaced following a successful tender process. The new firm start towards end of August and we are getting more hours and additional issue reporting for the same cost as the previous company. Our next email newsletter is coming soon and it will note these things and more.
