bad service
sent bailiffs in for a bill that was not ours to pay but previous owners also charged us wrong for business and we had to explain to them that it was wrong clearly haven't got there end records right...

Sorry to say it's Shoddy
Firstly - I am receiving requests for feedback from Feefo and PPL/PRS! Why? I had to apply twice for our annual PPL/PRS License. Confirmed at 50% discount. But from what? Invoice value is different...

New license
Filled out the online application no reply Rang had a little help Rang on the day of the event starting completed paperwork verbally and the obtained our 3 day license at £274 approximately

TheMusicLicence from PPL PRS allows you to legally play music for employees or customers in your business through the radio, TV, other digital devices and live performances. We collect licence fees from UK businesses and organisations on behalf of our parent companies, PPL and PRS for Music. After our business costs, all the music licence fees we collect go back to PPL and PRS for Music who then process, allocate and distribute royalties to the music creators they represent. PPL represents the rights of over 165,000 performers and recording rightsholders while PRS for Music represents the rights of over 175,000 songwriters, composers and music publishers. This ensures that the people who create music are fairly rewarded for their talent and work.
