Customer service got a lot of room for improvement. In general, staff were not friendly and not particularly helpful. I don't think they were trained to be customer service.

I have spoken to customer services about the order and have made them aware that they should have contacted you about your damaged desk and asked if how you wanted to proceed with a refund or replacement and kept you up to date.
