Hur samlas Feefo-omdömen in?

Good afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. I'm not too sure if this review is for the correct item as you've mentioned Amazon however this item was purchased directly via our website. We work extremely quickly to achieve Next Day Delivery, I can see that your order was placed at 1pm, and had been packed/dispatched by 1:47pm, so we wouldn't have been able to cancel if you contacted us 3hrs after purchase. We have a 100 day returns policy for any unwanted goods - please get in touch if you'd like to arrange a return. Best wishes, Laurie
