Hi there, many thanks for the review and thank you for your time on the phone just now. Apologies for turning up early, we must have been running very ahead of time that day and we should have warned you. I am sorry that our engineer took a while to get the required part, we have been having issues with the queues at some merchants due to social distancing measures. Unfortunately we often need to come and have a look at the issue to give our own diagnosis and this was no exception. We have sent over our receipt this morning. Polkadot Plumbers was founded in 2019 by Edinburgh University graduate Jack Ronan. Jack left the Army in 2016 and immediately retrained as a plumber and gas engineer, viewing the heating and plumbing industry as somewhere that he could put his transferable skills to good use.
