Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We are sorry that you have not received the best shopping experience with us. We do not normally have any trouble with delivering glass within our frames, however, we have been trialing another carrier and much to our dismay, have received quite a few breakages with them, We have therefore stopped the trial and have returned to our previous one. Unfortunately I cannot find your original communication to us requesting Perspex but it is something we certainly could have offered to you, The majority of our customers prefer glass although our frames which are bigger than 20x16 do have Perspex. We pack our products well to hopefully avoid breakages so we are sorry that you were left with lots of bubble wrap, but we are looking at more ecofriendly options. As a gesture of goodwill, we have set up a discount code of 15% for you to use on your next purchase which we sincerely hope will be a better experience. The Photo Frames and Art team
