Deducted another star because customer services told me to wait 72hrs and after that said wait another 72hrs. It’s now been over 2 weeks since I placed the order. Evri clearly have lost the parcel yet no refund or replacement is being offered. After being a loyal customer for many orders it’s very disappointing how this is being dealt with. Please make this right

Received a refund for lost order. Though last two orders went missing i've been refunded both times and my other orders have been delivered so i will up the rating to reflect this. I've placed a third order and i hope this one doesn't go missing!

Think the service is sometimes erratic as in sometimes the meds arrive in a fef days sometimes not at all,hard to contact
