Would not recommend
Very little communication regarding updates compared to other conveyancers.Have to chase up updates yourself. Using a different conveyancing team for a purchase and they are so much more efficient.

Lloyd was helpful and understanding. With regards to the rest of the service, I found it lacking in communication and was given conflicting information from estate agents and solicitors.

I would not use SB laywers. I am disabled and in a wheelchair and they were unable to come and provide a home service without charging an extra £150 even though the conveyancing had to pass my home...

Poor communication, put under unnecessary stress, got initial calculations wrong which led to them demanding £4650 on the day of completion with 2 hours remaining or risk losing the house.
