Thank you for your feedback.This is a very good product. It may be a case that you'll need to re-apply, as eradictating moths sometimes need more than one application. Apologies the bottle was smaller than you would have liked, these do come in a 500ml bottle but if you would like larger, we do a 1 litre and 5 litre of Pro-Active C+ which is great for killing moth, we would advise not spraying any insecticed on your clothes.

I'm terribly sorry to hear this product hasn't worked for you. Mice can be difficult to catch and are weary of new items in a home. It will take them some time to feel confident enough to venture in, it may also be that they can smell a humans scent on the box. We often encourge customers to wear gloves when handeling and even rub it with a little mud/dirt to get rid of a humas scent. Please do call us if you would like any advise.
