Thank you for your review, we are sorry to hear you are not satisfied with your delivery service. Regarding the £15 + VAT delivery charge for your order, allow us to explain how the cost breaks down. For small orders that don’t include lengths of product, we use DHL for deliveries. For orders under the value of £250 (ex VAT) we simply pass on the charge and the cost of the packaging material. We do not make any profit on carriage or packaging. We are very sorry that on this occasion you did not feel that you got value for money.

Thank you for your feedback, i have looked into this and can see that the manufacturers advised your delivery was delayed and due to be delivered on 24/3/25, my colleague emailed you to advise this. I can also see you contacted us on the 24th to chase this up and were advised this was delivered at 8am.
