the website is easy to use and on occasion where there has been a problem and I've phoned customer service I have always received a prompt solution to m y problem.

I was under impression that you are the cheapest but I found another cheap courier online.

Thank you very much for taking the time to send us your feedback. We are unable to specify times for collection/delivery however our team will always pass your request on to the courier. This is however never guaranteed. I can see that our claims department have been in touch with you and have refunded your loss/damage cover in full. Unfortunately with regard to the damage to your item, we are unable to offer any compensation as a result of your item being an own risk item. Would be nice to get a wee text or email to say which day the delivery is expected to arrive. Might save on dissapointments and or missed deliveries etc.
I use Parcels Please quite a lot, and I am happy with the service. Very helpful staff, competitive prices and you can book till 11am for the same day collection.
