They have been doing excellent service for myself and products are explained to detail. Opening accounts was easy .Maybe phone app would be easy option

tried to send money from saving acc to another bank account i have it would not let me unless i filled forms in and sent them to paragon this is ****.

Nearly cancelled new acct. Should be more user friendly.....

difficulty in transfering between accounts ie between maturing acct and new acct... four attempts. Plus having to log on again twice. Very frustating....
