Panasonic UK Omdömen

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are very sorry to hear about the issues you faced with both the ordering process and the delivery of your oral irrigator. We understand how frustrating and concerning it must have been to experience repeated payment failures, only to later discover that multiple orders had been created. We also appreciate how alarming it must have felt to be advised to keep retrying the payment while the system continued generating additional order attempts. We are equally sorry to hear about the problems with the DHL delivery. We understand how disappointing it is to request delivery to a pickup point and then be left without clear updates, especially when the parcel still has not reached you. This is not the experience we want for our customers, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. If you still need assistance with the duplicate orders, payment concerns, or the delivery status of your parcel, please contact us again and we will be happy to look into this further for you. You can reach us by phone on 0344 844 3899 or via webchat/WhatsApp. Kind Regards, Panasonic Customer Support Team

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are very sorry to hear how slow and frustrating the purchasing and product registration process was for you. We understand how disappointing this must have been, especially after purchasing directly from Panasonic and then encountering repeated issues with the website and registration journey. The difficulty completing your order on one device, the repeated password and login problems, and then being told that your purchase did not qualify without any clear explanation is not the experience we want for our customers. Your feedback is important, and we appreciate you highlighting these issues. We understand your concerns, particularly around being asked to provide purchase details for an order made through Panasonic Direct. We will ensure your comments are shared with the relevant teams for review. If you would like further assistance with your product registration or any other aspect of your purchase, please contact us at 0344 844 3899 and we will be happy to help. Kind Regards, Panasonic Customer Support Team
