Thanks for your other comments as well as it is always good to hear where we can improve. We don't have a shop as this is how we keep our prices so competitive, but we do offer a sample service where you can order examples of the rings you like to try on in your own home.
We are looking at our communication process to make sure we keep customers updated on the progress of their rings. Each ring is made to order, so we do try and allow around 4 weeks for diamond set bands in particular to give us time to create the ring to our high standards. We will of course always try and work to an earlier date if requested.
Thanks again for choosing to buy your ring with us.

The service was prompt and as ordered. One small problem was the return envelopes had British stamps, which aren't valid here in Ireland. Otherwise, we are very happy with what we got.
