Online Carpets Omdömen

Good morning, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your delivery experience did not meet your expectations. For most UK postcodes, our standard delivery timeframe is 2–5 working days, with an additional working day allowed for orders placed after 12pm. This information is clearly outlined in the Delivery Information section of our website for customers to review before placing an order. As a family-operated business, we take great pride in maintaining high standards across every aspect of our service, from our products to our customer service. We take all feedback seriously and use it to identify areas where we can improve. A member of our Customer Care Team will be in touch shortly to learn more about your experience and work with you towards a more satisfactory outcome. Kind regards, Jenny Online Carpets
