Disappointed with the product and the after sales.
The pallet truck was delivered on time, but the scales were completely inaccurate and oneweigh never responded to the request to recalibrate them. The manufacturer was able to respond within a day. ...

Good Afternoon. We are so sorry for the delay in receipt of your goods. As soon as you queried the delay in your goods arriving we escalated this with DPD. THis resulted in them confirming on Friday December 9th that the goods were lost. We prepared another set of scales for you on Friday afternoon and these were delivered to you on Saturday 10th December. Once again our sincere apologies for your inconvenience.
