Great Service

As always great service. Could not get all I had ordered in the tank but no problem just charged what was delivered. Very helpful Customer Service Lady. Always cheapest in my area

Good service with accurate delivery date, However the system of taking the payment and then the banks removing it later is nonsense Just take the payment at the time.

Good Afternoon, Thank you for taking time to leave feedback, we are glad to hear that we offer great service and accurate deliveries. In regards to the payment, we do this as it allows us to adjust the payment before it is debited for reasons such as under delivery as we only charge for what has been delivered. We find this much more convenient for both yourself and for us, rather than waiting 5 - 7 days for a refund. In the future if you would like your money wholly taken, please call our office for further assistance on 01642 686000.
