A company interested only in selling, not serving

Don't listen and don't communicate except for the incessant badgering of marketing/selling emails that they continue to send despite unsubscribing from them on multiple occasions.

I can only apologise if you feel we have a lack of communication with any previous deliveries we have made to yourself, I can see that with your delivery back in April we notified you the day before delivery as standard protocol and notified once the delivery has been made.
