Unhappy

I did not purchase any oil. I ordered an oil monitor for my oil tank and as yet have not been advised when it will be installed. As I had to pay for it immediately I am not very pleased.

Hello, we are so sorry for the delay. I can see that your tank monitor was ordered in July, this must be really frustrating. As discussed the lead time is anywhere between 2-6 weeks due to how popular the device is and also our suppliers engineers have been isolating. Very efficient, was told the irder woukd be about 2 weeks which was no problem, but it was actually delivered with in 5/6 days. Yesbi will definately recommend themmand order from them again
