Hur samlas Feefo-omdömen in?

Vad Customer sa om Your NRG:

Very efficient service although I didn't realize they had actually delivered the oil and I was waiting in so that I could show the driver where the tank was etc.

Good morning, firstly thank you very much for taking the time to respond to our questionnaire, we really value your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you waited in for us, our drivers are very efficient and we usually deliver without the customer being present. We also have a permanent note on the delivery instructions advising where your tank is so you do not need to worry at all. Going forward, for extra peace of mind, I have set up an SMS notification for you and we will also send you a copy of your invoice for your records after the delivery via email. I hope this helps, we look forward to your next top up. Many thanks, Laura.
