Thank you for your feedback and we're sorry you were disappointed by the cufflinks you received. We understand the seller has since been in touch to explain that the cufflinks are glazed on the front only, as porcelain cannot be glazed on the back due to the manufacturing process. The seller offered a full refund but you decided to keep the cufflinks.

A refund was offered to this customer but they decided to keep the cufflinks. They explained that they had expected the cufflinks to be glazed on both sides and that they thought they were poor quality because they were only glazed on one side. Because we make the cufflinks from porcelain, due to its strength, we cannot glaze all over, as the cufflinks are fired to 1290oC and would melt to the kiln shelves. We have looked at our product description and now include a better description of the cufflinks as a result of this feedback.
