Vem kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme?

Bara kunder med inköpsbevis kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme. Vi säkerställer detta genom att kontakta köparna direkt efter transaktionen.

Hur verifierar vi omdömen?

Vi kontrollerar att omdömena kommer från verkliga kunder genom att matcha dem med en försäljning eller transaktion. Kunderna erbjuds att lämna ett omdöme bara när de har köpt något från företaget.

Hur hanterar vi falska omdömen?

Feefo förhindrar att kunder lämnar falska omdömen, eftersom vi bara erbjuder verifierade köpare att lämna feedback.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. After reviewing your case we can see that in November you advised us that you would no longer be continuing your application before contacting us again 2 weeks later to relook at options. After carrying out a Fact Find you then advised us that you didn't wish to proceed until Spring. We always state that applications can take up to 2-3 weeks, and after continuing the application on the 1st February your application completed 2 weeks later on the 15th. Thank you again for taking the time to leave your feedback.

Very good

Really good service. Took me a while to get the documents required together but once they were received a very efficient and speedy service for my remortgage. Would highly recommend.

Great service, just took a bit longer than first advised and expected
