Vem kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme?

Bara kunder med inköpsbevis kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme. Vi säkerställer detta genom att kontakta köparna direkt efter transaktionen.

Hur verifierar vi omdömen?

This does not resolve my issue and the complaint is now with Norton's compliance department. But even before they have responded to my complaint ( and it may not be resolved to my satisfaction). Am being threated with legal action, for not paying, am not paying anything until my complaint is addressed and if it is not I'll take it up with the FOS. SHOCKING customer service to not even try and sort the problem, before they have started threatening me.
