Hi Al, First of all, sorry about the delay on this one. "Several weeks" is generous...your original order was placed in May and didn't dispatch until July! Two explanations for you: 1. There was a long delay on the Cure boxset. We did chase this but there are general problems with CD represses at the moment. There are, we believe, no CD pressing plants left in the UK and so everything is getting snarled up due to the complexities of overseas manufacture and shipping. 2. In theory, you should've received an automatic email every two weeks or so summarising the status of your order. It's possible that these landed in your spam folder? Looking at your email address, it's also possible that they never even made it that far but were intercepted by the spam filters of your email provider. We have had problems with emails going to that provider for years, and there's apparently little we can do about it. However, I can see that your last few emails from us were delivered just fine. So it could be another technical problem of some kind. All in all, not our finest hour and we are sorry. Best wishes, Nathon
