Vem kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme?

Bara kunder med inköpsbevis kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme. Vi säkerställer detta genom att kontakta köparna direkt efter transaktionen.

Hur verifierar vi omdömen?

Vi kontrollerar att omdömena kommer från verkliga kunder genom att matcha dem med en försäljning eller transaktion. Kunderna erbjuds att lämna ett omdöme bara när de har köpt något från företaget.

Hur hanterar vi falska omdömen?

Waited a long time

Searched for this ep on various websites and all were sold out. Looked up on Norman and they garunteed they had it. Two weeks after the order was placed I got an email saying they didn't have it and...

Hi Andre. Sorry that this took so long to get to you. :( In our defence, the item was marked as something that we would need to order in from our suppliers and we try to communicate this throughout the whole buying process - on the item page, on the shopping cart page, throughout the checkout, in the confirmation emails, etc. We also try to stay in touch whenever there are delays to any order, and you can *always* get a refund at any point if you get tired of waiting. However, I have just checked the emails we send out when items are delayed and we do need to make the refund option more obvious. I will get that sorted! Anyway, glad you liked the 12" at least and hopefully you haven't been too put off buying from us again.

Thanks Nathon for replying. The whole process was long but after I got the vinyl everything was fine. Id def check out Norman again!
