Hi Joe. Thanks for taking the time to respond so fully, and apologies for the problems here. I've taken a look at the email threads and, yeah, a quick "sorry" was definitely called for on this one. We work hard to get all orders out of the door asap and I know the folks this end will have been a bit gutted that your order needed a prompt from you to get shipped...a needless delay. As for the non-apology, it won't have been a deliberate snub or anything like that, just an unfortunate side-effect of a very busy time of year. Things are always totally manic when we return after the Christmas break with several weeks of orders and emails to catch up on. No excuses though, and we'll do better all round next time. Hope this hasn't put you off us too much!
