Good with the 2 agent...very poor with the first agent The first agent stated a booking with Gulf Air....when I called to confirm it...Gulf Air did not fly on the day given to Bangkok

My preferred dates of travel produced a price of £993. By taking the trouble to look at other dates by only a couple of days the price reduced to £703.57 with BA. I was pleased with that result.

The level of service i received from Lauren was excellent. She was very helpful in selecting the right flights for us. Also she has followed up and sorted out our grandsons wheelchair requirements.
