Never got any confirmation about delivery time just got a phone call on the day . Off the delivery driver asking where i was and because i wasn't there what was i gonna do about it.

Thank you for your review. As discussed on the phone due to your location we had to dispatch this via a courier service. I have contacted the couriers and they did advise that they were happy to re deliver on another day or leave it safe. I am not sure if they are telling the truth but do apologise for this as it is not our standard procedure.

No fuss at all. As simple as can be. Buy a bed... they do their best to have it delivered as soon as possible. I ordered mine Sunday night, it was here by Tuesday afternoon. I didn't even pay for it...
