We receive many customer photos for which we are very grateful. The way we work is that we gather together a batch of photos and make final selections - this process is done every few weeks. Whilst we do not guarantee that all photos will be used we do try wherever possible to inform clients if their photo has been chosen or not - sometimes we receive a photo which has the potential to be suitable but needs re-shooting using better lighting or focusing for example. We will be publishing a new batch within a few days and the photo from this customer will be used I'm pleased to say. We are looking at ways in which we can speed up the selection process and consequently the time lag between a customer submitting a photo and hearing back from us. Every fabric we sell is designed for upholstery use and as such must comply with flammability regulations. In the vast majority of cases this involves the application of a backcoating to the fabric. The coating can be lighter or heavier depending on the construction and type of fabric being coated. We make every effort to try and ensure that coatings are as unobtrusive as possible, as this makes the fabric easier to work with.
