Vem kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme?

Bara kunder med inköpsbevis kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme. Vi säkerställer detta genom att kontakta köparna direkt efter transaktionen.

Delivery time far too long.

I ordered my fabric on the 26th January and it still hasn't arrived. It took the company 12 days to dispatch the fabric. I have emailed them to ask why this was the case and have received no reply.

We received this order on 21st January. We emailed the customer the following day to advise that we were out of stock until 3rd February. For some reason it would appear the customer did not receive this email. Fabric was shipped on 3rd February and should have been delivered by the 5th latest. We know that our courier UPS are under extreme pressure at the moment due to the Covid situation and we will chase them up now. I have checked and unfortunately the email the customer sent went to my spam folder so I didn't pick this up at the time. I apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.
