Could do better for the price.
Received test pack and instructions quickly but took 3 weeks to get results. Filled out health questionnaire as suggested to help them, but pointless as didn’t get any advice!

Overall the service is awful. It's not cheap and for customer service to be so useless is unacceptable There are other, better services out there.
