We thank you for taking the time to leave review. Having checked your order history, I found the following: You ordered your medication on 17th April at 18:30 You sent in the required blood test on 25th April and it was approved and dispatched the same day Three attempts were made by Royal Mail to deliver to you and eventually you collected your parcel on the same day you left a one star review. We dispatched your order on the same day you sent in the required blood tests. Royal Mail made three attempts to deliver. We fail to see how we could of improved our service or warrant a one star.
