Not tried the coal yet, but the delivery drivers where excellent and very helpful with a difficult delivery of narrow street with cars.

The delivery company they use sent an inexperienced driver who was unable to reverse onto our 20+ car drive ?? Therefore not our fault so goods went back resulting in me paying for the returned...

Professional and orderly
Had to call the office before ordering and they were extremely professional and curious. All went well and I received my pellet as requested.

Would buy from them again, delivery turned up as stated. Haven't burn any coal yet so can't say if any good though, just guess it will be.
