Vem kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme?

Bara kunder med inköpsbevis kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme. Vi säkerställer detta genom att kontakta köparna direkt efter transaktionen.

Hur verifierar vi omdömen?

Hi Emma, thank you for your feedback. Regarding your key collection, we can only release keys once your tenancy agreement has actually commenced, unfortunately when you visited our office your tenancy wasn't live and therefore we were not able to release any keys for the property. Apologies you felt the communication is poor, I've looked through our email thread and phone log and can see we updated you every few days on your application. We wish you all the luck with your new property.
