Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're pleased to hear that you were happy with the quality of the work carried out, but we're very sorry for the inconvenience caused by your bathroom sink being left unusable. We completely understand your frustration. Having to wait 11 days for a return visit after the incorrect part was brought is not the level of service we aim to provide, particularly when it leaves an essential fixture out of use. We appreciate how disruptive this would have been for you and apologise for the inconvenience caused. Your feedback is important to us, and we will review what happened to help improve our processes and minimise the chances of similar situations occurring in the future. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and again, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.
