Thank you for taking your time to review your recent experience with Marsh & Parsons and we are extremely saddened to learn that it has not been a positive one. We work very hard to ensure both Tenants and Landlords are represented equally and that their queries are addressed with the same level of respect; for that reason this feedback is greatly appreciated as it outlines clear room for improvement.
In regards to the agency fees, as you can understand we are unable to comment on the practices of other agencies however we can confidently state that our fees have always remained fair and competitive across the board for both Landlords and Tenants. It is also important to note that certain terms of an agreement are not dictated by Marsh & Parsons but instead requested the owner of the property, in this case we would look to present these requests/decisions to our Tenants who will always have a choice as to whether they proceed or not; these are instances thatare out of our control.
Moving forward we will of course look to improve on the situations where we can affect change and will ensure that extra care and empathy is applied when listening to, dealing with and representing our tenants. Thanks once more for your time and patience with us, we are thrilled you found a property through us and will continue to work tirelessly to ensure your experience is pleasant from this point onwards.

Our estate agent was good
Our latest experience with M&P was positive. Hugo listened to what we were looking for and made sure to show us appropriate properties. He was professional, courteous and honest.
