Hi there, we are sorry that you did not feel that the flat was up to standard, but we can confirm that it was professionally cleaned before you moved in. When we became aware of your concerns we did offer to ask the cleaners back to address the areas you were not happy with, but you declined this option. We are also surprised to hear that you think that our staff have been unhelpful and rude; we were not made aware of any issues and your agent and property manager were both under the impression that you had a good relationship. Our relationships with our customers are something that we take very seriously, so if this is something you would like to discuss with us please do get in touch and we will work to address your concerns.
