Hi Sophie, we are sorry we have not met your expectations on the matters raised. We have recently been liaising with your flatmate and can confirm that the pest controllers are out for their final visit this Wednesday. We have also received confirmation from the landlord to supply the keys in question and the relevant Property Manager will be in touch to organise this today. If you would like to discuss your concerns about delays/lack of communication further then we will be happy to arrange a call with one of our Senior Management Team.

Within the last 3 years they have always managed to find great tenants. They regularly kept me informed me.
