Wow robert what a lovely reply. Strange it was you dealing with my sale! The company may have changed its name but it was not the procedures that were at fault. You would not collect the wrong and damaged goods and refund. You firstly told me after seeing the photos that the item I ordered got lost in the post hence the late delivery. You had sent out another copy Rocket Bunny Kit from another supplier because I needed it quickly. How nice of you but maybe you should have asked first! I did not want a cheap copy! You ignored that it had been so badly packed that it was cracked and broken. I explained that the workshop would not keep it for long due to the size. All these things explained I expected you to sort it out. No after continued excuses I had to at my own cost arrange re-packing and re-shipping to a holding location while the dispute continued. Months later I gave up and arranged the reclaim of funds including full cost through the credit card company I used to purchase. They settled returning my money including the costs incurred. I will not comment on the statement about Car Web Shop as a company, I suggest that people make their own decision by visiting Companies house!

I have been contacted by the new owner of this company. He explained all of the changes and seems to care about his customers. I have checked as much as I can to be sure this is a new owner and not just a change of name. I can confirm that I am reasonably confident that this is the truth. Let us all hope he does a better job than the previous owner.
