Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear that you found the booking process easy and that you had an excellent trip overall. It’s wonderful to know that the hotels, luggage transfers, and app maps met your expectations and that the Macs Adventure Facebook page was a helpful resource for you.
We appreciate your suggestions for improvement. Allowing users to provide feedback on the maps and routes at a later time is a great idea, and we’ll definitely consider this for future updates. Additionally, integrating route notes to highlight areas after they’ve been hiked could enhance usability, and we’ll look into ways to make this more practical.
Thank you again for your thoughtful input. We’re thrilled that you felt you got great value for your money and that you’d consider using us again for your next hike. We hope to welcome you back on another adventure soon!
