We also regret that the hotel substitution near the gorge impacted your enjoyment of that day. While changes are sometimes unavoidable due to operational requirements, we always aim to select the best available alternative and it’s disappointing to hear that this did not align with the quality you were expecting. Your comments regarding the tour itinerary and the number of temple visits have also been noted.
