Our Travelling Concierges are there to ensure that your journey is enjoyable and runs smoothly the whole time; therefore, it disappoints that the service did not live up to your expectations. Similarly, while guests can look forward to smaller group sizes and extra legroom on our coaches than on a standard 53 seater; we regret to learn that the size of the group was not suited to your preferences. Nonetheless, thank you for your feedback, we will use it to help improve our guests' experiences going forward.

This tour takes our guests through some of the picturesque historic cities of Eastern Canada and we've found that the additional cruise is a nice relaxing way to help our guests explore more of these charming cities in depth.
