Hiya Sue, Thank you for your lovely review! You are one of our regular customers and we always notice when your name crops up each year! I am happy that we have "delivered the goods" for you and its good that you have met a couple of our drivers too... most of the time they arrive after walkers have gone in the morning and they never see a soul! All our drivers are chosen for their people skills as well as the professionalism and basically we like to portray ourselves a friendly family company.. helpful and happy in our jobs. Hi Graham, Thank you for your valued feedback. We are sorry thing did not go 100% to plan. We have looked at your booking closely and on the day it was simply down to driver error. It should not have happened but when you look at the fact that we move 10,000 bags a month in the season, it is inevitable that there may be the odd mistake made. Of course when we make a mistake we always put it right as soon as we know by getting the driver to return to fix the problem or by booking a local taxi at our own expense to get the right bags to the right customers as soon as physically possible. I do hope this did not spoil your holiday too much and we look forward to seeing you again when you return to do another section of the path. Sue Mitchell
