Thank you for your feedback Linda. Our interest rates are public and we explain the cost of the loan to each customer before they sign their loan agreement. Don’t forget if you wish to withdraw from your loan agreement, all customers have a 14 day grace period after signing. Furthermore, if a customer wishes to settle a loan agreement early they are entitled to a statutory rebate which would reduce the total amount repayable significantly.

Total payment was more 400% of original loan amount,that is worse than loan shark rate.

I was only made aware of the monthly price not the total cost after all the payments, I worked the total amount myself,when I did I returned the next day (didn’t get the loan until 5pm) and repaid the whole lot.....still had to pay £2.25 in interest for less than 24hours!, more than 0.5% interest PER DAY is ridiculous, loans2go get their money back with 5months and purely in interest within 7months while “customer” still has 13 months left of payments,lending like this should be illegal,maximum that should be repaid is double the original loan! “Customers” have 14 days to withdraw from the loan but still potentially have to pay £30 in interest within that time to use their legal rights to withdraw, thankfully I cost loans2go more than the £2.25 in interest than I was charged.
