Vem kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme?

Bara kunder med inköpsbevis kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme. Vi säkerställer detta genom att kontakta köparna direkt efter transaktionen.

Hur verifierar vi omdömen?

Vi kontrollerar att omdömena kommer från verkliga kunder genom att matcha dem med en försäljning eller transaktion. Kunderna erbjuds att lämna ett omdöme bara när de har köpt något från företaget.

Thank you for your feedback Michael. Our interest rates are public and we explain the cost of the loan to each customer before they sign their loan agreement. Don’t forget if you wish to withdraw from your loan agreement, all customers have a 14 day grace period after signing. Furthermore, if a customer wishes to settle a loan agreement early they are entitled to a statutory rebate which would reduce the total amount repayable significantly. Not bad service just need to send receipts of payment txt/emails so people know that payments have been received by loans2 go and a remaining payment list including dates maybe that way people can...
