Thank you for your feedback Clare. Our interest rates are public and we explain the cost of the loan to each customer before they sign their loan agreement. Don’t forget if you wish to withdraw from your loan agreement, all customers have a 14 day grace period after signing. Furthermore, if a customer wishes to settle a loan agreement early they are entitled to a statutory rebate which would reduce the total amount repayable significantly.
