Thank you for your feedback. We are so sorry to hear this happened. We can assure you that this was not done by our warehouse on despatch, but we have discovered that when the parcel reached customs the information from the outside is pulled out and re-attached. This happens so they can verify the products entering the country. However this was unfortunately put in the wrong way. We are working on a way that in the event this happens again, that we can make the product descriptions much more discreet. Please accept our sincere apologies for your disappointment.
